House Rental
The Church Waddel-Brumby House, grounds, and Community Room is a great facility for small receptions and meetings. Maximun capacity: 70 people (standing reception)
Fees: $100 refundable deposit plus $20/hour for every hour of use exceedig normal hours of operatoin plus:
- $250 for general public
- $200 for Athens-Clarke Heritage Foundation Members
- $150 for non-profit groups
- $125 for Students
Rental includes use of the four room house, back porch, patio area, garden, and community room.
Community room rental only: $5-/hour during normal hours of poeration. Table and chairs for 2- / AV equipment on site
